Power Grid Panic Privacy Policy
Updated October 29, 2026. Power Grid Panic is operated by David Wayne, using DWP as the public-facing operator name. This policy applies to Power Grid Panic, not other games.
Gameplay and local storage
The game does not require an account. Puzzle progress, lives, hints and preferences are stored on your device. The game does not operate a cloud-save, chat or multiplayer service. Deleting the app removes its local game data; this does not cancel or refund an Apple purchase.
Advertising and consent
Power Grid Panic uses Google AdMob to display ads and Google's User Messaging Platform to manage applicable consent choices. Google may process your IP address and approximate location, app- or device-level identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, app interactions, crash reports, performance information and other diagnostics. These support ad delivery and measurement, analytics, fraud prevention and consent management. The app does not request precise location, contacts, photos or microphone access.
This release does not request Apple's tracking permission or access to the advertising identifier (IDFA). Google's publisher first-party identifier is disabled. Apple SKAdNetwork may provide privacy-preserving ad attribution. Collection of other app/device information can still occur. Consent requirements and available ad formats depend on your region and choices. When required, a Privacy choices control appears in the Supply Shop. Review Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Mobile Ads data disclosures.
Purchases
Apple handles the optional, one-time Remove Ads purchase. The app checks verified StoreKit transaction entitlements to enable the feature and restore it. DWP does not receive your payment-card details. Remove Ads disables automatic interstitial ads; optional rewarded videos remain available. Apple handles payments, refunds and associated records under Apple's privacy practices.
Support and retention
If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond and resolve the issue. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or sensitive personal information. Local game data remains until removed from your device. Apple and Google retain information under their own policies and applicable requirements; DWP cannot delete their records directly. Support correspondence is retained as needed to address requests and meet applicable obligations; no fixed automatic deletion schedule is configured.
Your choices
You can decline optional rewarded videos, use available consent controls, purchase Remove Ads, or stop using and delete the app. For questions or requests about information under DWP's control, contact support.toyforce@gmail.com and identify Power Grid Panic. Privacy contact: David Wayne — DWP Privacy Officer, 15747 Luckey Rd, Atascosa, TX 78002. Google and Apple provide their own privacy controls and request channels. The app is not specifically directed to children.
This policy may be updated if the game's information practices change.
